Be strong buddy and keep your head screwed on straight! You can pull yourself out of the situation that you are in. I had to do it myself and it wasn't easy but it's all behind me now.
See if you are near to any of these resourses:
Open Shelter Inc. (614)461-0407
125 E Broad St. Columbus, OH 43215
Category: Homeless Shelter
Community Kitchen
640 S Ohio Ave, Columbus, OH - (614) 252-6428
Category: Homeless Shelter
Once you find shelter specifically tell them that you don't just need shelter, but you need to rehabilitate yourself so that you can be self supportive. They should be able to refer you to groups and organizations that can help you with food, clothes, employment, etc if that is what you want. You must be diligent in your efforts.
You can also try http://www.aidpage.com . They have a lot of members and someone near you may be able to get you off the streets.
Good luck and be safe!
