hi my name is nicole and i live in wilkes-barre pa i want to move back to new jersey because i don't know anyone here and i'm disable and it's geting hard for me i have to move at thy end of thy month i have section8 and i sent my papers back but we don't have any where to stay until my paper work get back i need help for me and my 3 girls
