Desperate,disabled,victim of domestic violence. Mother of 4 young children.being evicted December 4th with no where to go.

I am so scared,I don't know what to do, I tried to reach agencies,I was told I had to get on a waiting list for us to get a place.If anyone knows of any resources for disabled,abused mothers assistance to get a place to live I would so much appreciate it.I am using my friends computer.I will come as often as I can to check messages.But when the 4th of December comes I wont be able to respond.
I looked every place I could imagine,my Mom told me that being disabled,and battered with 4 small children I should be able to get emergency assistance to get a place to live.
Please,please anyobody out there help me!
