Winter Shelter Program

RainTree Healthcare and its network of North Carolina; Adult Care Homes
will be offering winter shelter for three to six (3-6) months beginning
November 1, 2009.
To become eligible for this new Winter Shelter Program the following
information will be needed for our evaluation. If you are selected all
relocation and transportation will be provide to you free.
