i am 19teen and homeless

i am 19teen and i do not have a home i have heart prombles and cant breath correctly i am in school and i am at a friends house right now but i cant stay long i am so scardy can some one help me please i am so a lone right now please help.. and i will work to and help when needed so please before my school finds out please
