I'm 42, daughter 24 and 2 year old grandson... we both work here in sedalia, mo and need a place to rent. both our incomes together is about 175.00 a week. we need a place to live we can afford and can pay weekly... lower than our weekly income? where we can make small payments towards secerity deposit or rent to own option. and hopefully afford utilities... still tring to get on our feet. ===3-13-2010===
looked around at many rentals here in town and am heart broken, so many homes just decaying, and being torn apart, and people who just don't care about them. make me wonder what happened to peoples pride and respect that go into thier home. i see its gonna be a long battle to find something even suitable to live in. most folks garages looks better at this point...
