do u know of any help closer to the bay are of california. mabey near the hayward or san leandro area? i am about to be homless with husband and 3 kids ages 5,1, and 2 months. no jobs,no car,no welfare help with cash and can't navigate way around grant well enough to apply for help. any sugesstions?

HI CAROL MY NAME IS LORRI I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP.I WAS LIVING IN SAN DIEGO AND IN A VERY ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP.A CHURCH PAID FOR ME TO RELOCATE AND NOW MY CHECK OUT DATE FOR THIS HOTEL IS SATURDAY AND I HAVE NO SOURCE OF INCOME OR HELP.I AM 35 YRS OLD AND A REGISTERED NURSE.I AM UNABLE TO WORK DUE TO A BACK INJURY.I FILED FOR DISABILITY HOWEVER WE ALL KNOW HOW LONG THIS PROCESS IS.I JUST NEED HELP GETTING BACK ON MY FEET.I WOULD DO HOUSEWORK WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HAVE A LOVING HOME.THANK YOU LORRI

I am 26 with a 15mo old child. We have no where to go because of my mother. She is a mentally and emotionally abusive drug addict. I am gettin my associates in healthcare administration but it's hard to stay in school with out a house to live in. I feel horrible for my ,little girl! She is one of the most wonderful well mannered children I have ever met! Someone please help us!
I'm homeless for two years now sleeping from sofa to sofa right now I don't know what to do i'm not familiar with sacramento at all or were to go for help...I'm a single hispanic from puerto rico I will do anything that does not denegrat my character to have some where to sleep . still in search of work with no avail...& the most sad story about all this I have no family here. I pray I could find someone or entity that could help me relocate to florida there I have fam...the only posession I have right now is my car that is also a place to sleep , My worries are that winter is about to start and I don't have a warm place to call home...please if any one knows were a single person can get help please let me know...
