Im homeless can i get some help please?

I am homeless. I have been staying off and on at peoples houses on the couch and I have been on the streets. All i want to do is go to college.I want to be a makeup artist and i want to be a fashion designer.My dads family doesnt want nothing to do with me and my mom have constanly put me out. I just want to go to college and start my life. Can someone help me?
