I know a homeless lady in Las Vegas. She is in her late 40's and by herself. She has a part-time job, but does not make enough to pay for an apartment on her own. She is looking for full-time work, but just hasn't had any luck the last several months. She is a fine lady; she does not smoke or drink, and she does not need money from anyone. She just needs a place to live for a couple of months to enable her to be able to sleep at night and take a shower so that when she goes to work and, more importantly, goes out to LOOK for a full-time job, she isn't turned down just because she couldn't find a place to get cleaned up.

Las Vegas as a city government is very hard on its homeless and its citizens on the edge. Do you know anyone who might be willing to offer her just this little bit of help? She is quiet, well-mannered, and just is not going to be able to survive on the streets much longer. All she needs is a room for a little while. I am going through a divorce, I have 3 boys and a baby boy one the way that's due in March. I was in an abusive marriage and our marriage isn't final until March. In the mean time I still live in my marital home and required to pay the mortgage and all the bills. My husband is living with family and pays nothing except child support which isn't very much and he refuses to help with getting supplies for my children for school, winter, sports. My son was asking today to just go buy some plastic sleeve covers for his homework binder that only cost a dollar and I couldn't even do that for him. My dad gave me money for gas but I have not driven anywhere so that I can drive my son to his out of town basketball game on Saturday. When I had money I always helped people and I would give them the last dollar in my pocket and now when I need help I have nowhere to turn too. I am just taking a shot in the dark to ask for help. hi everybody, magic is real, just believed that some weeks ago i guess, and the funny thing is i learnt it the hard way. Hi my name is cari I am 35 weeks pregnant as of yesterday 2/25/13. I have been put on bed rest until the baby gets here....due date April first because my baby irk wasn't gaining enough weight nor was I like I was suppose to at first.i now have to go to the Obgyn twice a week every Monday and Thursday for them to check on her and give me ultrasounds alto make sure everything's fine.so far everything's going good I'm gaining weight little by little but she's doing good that's all it matters. If they start to see any complications at all in any kinda way they will have to go ahead and give me an emergency c section so that she will not be still born. So hopefully everything goes fine which I'm pretty sure it will be because everything is going good with her now!!!!! Anyways I'm 19years old I'm a highschool graduate and I'm very determined but because of the bed rest I can't work until after the baby is born and also because of the dr appointments twice weekly. The dr said the more less il just want me to sit around on the couch and relax and eat and gain weight haha even though that's hard to do at times. I've been so stressed out because I don't have a job to buy what I need for the baby and with me not being able to work it really hurts me a lot. I'm in a terrible situation at this point and time. The father of my baby is in jail has been since January 2,2013 which has made it 10x harder and stressful for me. The good part about it is he gets out march 11th I can't wait. Well at this point we are more less homeless and are staying with my grandma which I was raised by and my mom and dad come around occasionally but I don't get along with them.they are drug addicts and I really just want them to be completely out of my life. My boyfriend is black and I'm white they are so racist and call him the N word for no reason because he's a really good guy and try's his best to make them like him.they have even called my unborn baby names like the N word I can't deal with it physically or emotionally it hurts me because its like they more less run her house and we get mistreated for no reason we help out 24/7 when he was out of jail what we could. they are just string out on drugs and take it out on us. We don't do any kind of drugs.we just want what's best for our baby girl but at this point we can't until he gets out saves some money up and I can go back to work so that we can get a vehicle and a place to stay. They have said he can't come back to my grandmas after he gets out so I don't know what to do. We are gonna be homeless and we don't even have a vehicle. I love him so much and don't want him nor I mistreated or my innocent unborn baby. I just don't understand it hurts but god will take care of them I strongly believe. We just need to find some place or something that will help us get somewhere to stay and we need transportation to get to a job so that we can start saving up and start our lives.
