at a loss and scared

My name is Gabriel, and I'm a 31 yr old single parent of a 2 year old boy; Sidney. We are homeless. We have no car. We have been moving between friends houses for 6 months now, and I can't do it anymore. I don't want to lose my son. Can someone please help me with ideas on what I can do?
