I'm a 36 year old single mother. I have a 2 year old daughter. She will be 3 April 25th. I lost my car, therefore can't work, and have no place to live. My baby's father, which has not been supportive is trying to take her from me. He is living with his aunt and I've been bouncing from place to place. I have read quite a few of your postings and I think that you are a wonderful woman to extend your hand and resources to so many people. I Pray that I come across people like you where I live. God has blessed you with a huge heart, may he continue to bless you beyond your heart's desire.

one does not want to leave the city just the position of not haveing it where they want need or have the job at. but trust me just to know that you are there is faith enough to know we all can make it.

im not a young girl just a woman who is in need of a place to stay i've resently got pregnant and had to stop working my job dnt paid for maternity leave and i cant seem to get a income for the next 12 weeks im be out of money the father of my child is not interested in help me cause hes out of work his self which makes even harder on me.me deepest fear is that my daughter would have now where to call home when she arrive here on earth i've been in very bad situation as a child and it do effect you as a adult if someone can give me some suggestion or help i'll will really be thankful and bles thank you and have a bless one

i read what you posted awhile ago but i am seeking help, im 21 and homeless, and family less in a way, i just get by with money, as i dont have a place to live keeping a job is hard. I guess what i need for myself is a place to put my roots and start from there im not lazy nor want a hand out but i pull my own weight and some.. im looking for anyone to aid in my survival please if you or anyone can help me call me at 267 584 6859

Hello, my name is Catherine and like all the other posts I have been on and off homeless since last May. I have two kids, one stays with his dad. I had to abandon the apartment I was living in to protect that child and myself. Since then I found out I was pregnant, denied DTA emergency help (which means no shelters or housing), and then suffered some major health complications landing me in the hospital. I had my second child in Dec.2011 he was born at 32 weeks. I am desperatly trying to find help before he is ever discharged from the NICU. I have DCF breathing down my neck and I DO NOT want to lose my baby to DCF. I have tired out every option given to me, I have even tried emailing some "talk shows" to see if they can help.
