OMG I can totally relate to your situation! I am 30 years old with a 13 month old and already 6 months pregnant again. I was totally successful and independent before meeting my ex-fiance who suggested I become a stay at home mom after my first pregnancy. At first it sounded like heaven but after the abuse started I thought it was a nightmare that I just couldn't wake up from. I haven't had any contact from my family in almost 4 years and like you do not have one single friend. There is way more to my story but I could go on for days. I'm borderline homeless and it seems that no one cares to help! I'm not looking for a handout but some gov't assistance and a homeless shelter that actually has an open bed for my son and I would be a blessing and I can't even get that much. WTF am I supposed to do????? NEVER IMAGINED I WOULD BE IN A POSITION LIKE THIS.

We were living in and out of motels and than I moved back in with my mom in macon. He ended up moving out of the motel and into a trailer but the people there were on drugs. You should file assault charges, get a peace bond/restrainer order, go into a domestic violence shelter, and file for emergency full custody of your son. Do NOT go back to that abusive situation! Domestic violence only gets worse without intervention. And then only helps if the offender is willing to cooperate. Domestic violence rarely ends well!

Your parent(s) cannot legally "kick" you out of the house. A minor child is defined as 17 years of age or younger. Parents are responsible for the care (housing, food, clothing, physical and mental health needs) of a minor child until that child reaches 18 years of age.
Kicking a minor child out of the parental home, telling a minor child to live somewhere else if s/he is unwilling to follow rules, or letting a minor child live somewhere other than in the parental home without making proper legal arrangements for the minor child can lead to a Children’s Protective Services investigation. Refusing to make proper legal arrangements for their minor child, with another responsible adult, may result in a neglect charge being file against the parent(s).

I am pregnant and will be having my child in 2 and a half weeks. My baby's father isn't helping me out and I need to be out of my apt. by the end of May.I don't have any family or relatives around to live with. Emotional abuse can be as bad, if not worse, than physical abuse. I think you are making the right decision to move on. Especially if the abuse is getting progressively worse. You can dial 211 for The United Way to see what resources are available in your area.

Hi. I am 22years old with a two year old little girl. I need to find a place to stay because everytime me and my mother argue she threatens to kick me out and I'm fed up..looking for somewhere to stay asap.. I don't have any income as of right now,I was currently getting ssi for my lil girl because she was a premature,it has stopped because its nothing wrong with her......so now I don't know what to do..I just need help fast!! Our arguments are stupid, she gets mad because I don't wanna watch her kids all the time, she doesn't watch my child and I'm tired of having her children all the time, I just need to get out quick..
my husband left me 4 months ago and move to another state leaving me 2000 miles apart from him . Hi my name is aleshea. I'm 22 years old with two daughters. The oldest is 4 and the youngest only 1 month old. Since I found out I was pregnant with my second child I've been staying place to place. The last place we stayed the landlord up and sold the house and we had to leave that day.. Now the place we're at isn't as clean as I would like for it to be but its a place for me and the girls just temporarily.. I have no source of income At this time and absolutely no help with anything. I have no family to turn to and nobody to talk to. I'm so depressed. Half the time I can't even eat because the people I live with eat up the little bit I get off my bridge card.. Im on a waiting list For public housing but no telling how long it will take.. My landlord now told me last night we have to leave because I cannot afford to stay. I have no idea what to do. I'm so stressed out. I don't wanna lose my babies. They deserve better than this I just need help getting back on my feet. I want the best for my girls. It hurts me so much I can't do everything I want for them.
I really do.. I always hated asking for help but I really need it now .

I really don't know what to do at this point. I'm in ga with no family to help me and I have been staying with my childs father for the past year oe so after losing my job soon after I got pregnant with my first child. I almost feel like giving up everyday. I cry every single day and I wish my baby didn't have to see me go through this.
