We are about to be homeless. Can someone help?

Can any one help me and my family? We are about to homeless. I have a three year old and we don't want to have to be split up again. I was in the Army and was gone from my family for 8 months. Then I was discharged due to seizures. We just cant afford rent and the power bill. Please someone help.
