i have a sister who is addicted to drugs.  I have helped her in the las two year with housing, SS, medical assitance and try to guide her in the right direction, she steals from her family, her children live in san diego and now tomorrow will be homeless.  I can't trust her have to much on my plate to deal with her and her children are finacially straped.  Any suggestion.  We have all tried to help her but she's in a whole of her own.  She is a veteran and was a nurse....
