I am a stay at home mom of 2 young children. I am ready to start learning about how I can help homeless children in my area. I would love to raise money so that it can directly and immediately help these children. I live in Edgewood MD, Harford Co. I have some ideas of my own such as making bracelets and selling them. The monies would directly benefit these children. I would love to do more such as fostering and adopting, however, I have a husband who can't see past the burden and cost of children. I know that each of us has the power to help those in need and I wish to help those who need it the most. I cannot go another day w/o helping children.
Any ideas, suggestions, or contacts would be greatful.
Thanks
Sheri
