please help my sister

hello, I am trying to help my sister out. She is homeless with a one year old child. She is currently staying with me, but my landlord says she goes or we all gotta go and i have two children of my own, so I cant put them at risk. I am in a very torn spot. all we have is each other, our mother passed when we young. can anyone advise me who to contact?
