i need help with housing

me and my family are currently in a shelter in nyc. we both are disabled and only have a 5 month time limit in the shelter. they are unable to help us to to the lack of programs in nyc and the fact that i recieve ssi and his ssi is pending. is there any help in any state that we can get we have a 11 month old daughter and need help before our 5 months is up. please help us with any info you can we are willing to relocate

I know states like PA and NC are easy places to get approved for disablity, and you can find jobs there for the disable it's call light duty work. I have lived in both states before so that's how I know about it. So for the person you mention who's ssi is pending he'll probably have a better chance in either of those states.
