need help asap

im a single mom of a 4 yr old and a 2 month old and i live in houston tx. i need help getting an apartment or atleast paying first months rent please if anyone could help im about to be homeless and only know a few people if i get kicked out i will have no where to go because im from boston and have no money to even travel back with the benefits i recieve please help

I live in west palm beach fl and I have 3 kids and im pregnant now living on the streets i have no where to go all the shelters in my area dont have no more space available for me and my kids and i dont know what to do can somebody anybody help me please you can reach me at 561649-5918 thank you.
