Mother of three needs help.

I would like to ask if there is some help for me and my three boys. I do own a home but I have it for rent since I cant afford to pay for my mortgage or bills at this time. I have no job no transportation no money. How can I get back on my feet and move back into my home with my three boys? Im in a toxic relationship that im ready to leave but have no where to go.
