I forgot to add that in the state of Florida it is illeagal for a landlord to hold your belongings for back rent. I have been in your situation and believe me I am not doing this for anyother reason than I have been where you are at except I had a dog and was living in my car up until this past May. I could help with the room like I stated above and there are jobs in this area,(Tampa/Riverview) might not be what you want but it will keep you going and get you out of the car. homeless but not jobless infact 2 jobs, a car, a life never home (if i ever find a home)respectful in every way possible.Just can't find cheap enough place thats close to my jobs. Guy i was renting from kick me out tonight(in the storm) while i was at work.If it's pro rated rent he owes me 60 bucks but he changed the locks and keeping my stuff. oh yeah did i mention he's not employed.at all.
my long time girlfriend, well now ex, is kicking me out of our apartment. i lost my job about 2 months ago, and lost my car and liscence due to not having money to pay for insurance. i have someone thats gonna help me gather up my things and even let me stay at his house, but only for a week 2 tops. then im gonna have nowhere to go. i was trying to check up on shelters, my sister went to one, even helped her get a job. i realize that ive hit rock bottom, and need help. is there any website to check for avalability? just tryin to get back on my feet
